Mhairi Morriss, ArdMoor expert and founder of Glad Rags and Cartridge Bags, gives us her review of the Seeland Skeet Lady Waistcoat. This ladies shooting waistcoat is now the team’s shooting vest as it’s feminine and comfortable to wear, yet keeps the members looking smart for their club shooting days.
The cut of the Seeland Skeet Lady Waistcoat is perfect. It’s feminine and flattering yet doesn’t restrict movement in any way. It looks smart and can be worn on top of light clothing in warmer weather and isn’t too bulky to be worn under a jacket when it is cold.
There are lots of pockets which is great for cartridges but also ideal for all of the bits and pieces I always appear to have on my person: tissues, a dog lead, whistle, my phone and some snacks! We have had the vest embroidered for the shooting club, they’ve been a huge hit with our members and have been a fantastic addition to our merchandise range.
What was the Seeland Skeet Lady Waistcoat used for?
During various clay shooting events with Glad Rags and Cartridge Bags.
Good Points
- Feminine fit
- Plenty of pockets
- Lightweight and offers great freedom of movement
- Breathable
Bad Points
The only minor bad point is that sometimes it wasn’t warm enough to be worn on its own, but we are based in Aberdeenshire!
